I was onto the "virology" hoax back in 1990 after reading TC Fry's book The Great AIDS Hoax. Though out of print now, you can read it for free at https://thebigvirushoax.com/the-great-aids-hoax
Thank you Brian. I just downloaded it. You and Mike Singer are doing a wonderful job exposing the 'virus' scam. During the early Covid years, I promoted your website quite a lot via YouTube and other platforms but eventually YouTube started deleting my posts a few minutes after posting them so I stopped putting any website promotion online. I do more on-the-ground work now. Once in a while, I would promote Dawn Lester's and David Parker's website on Substack pages - once in a while. It is through your (and Mike's) website that I got introduced to Dawn and David and the rest was...a history of health exploration and knowledge. together with other websites and platforms :) It must be a real joy working with such a brave, honest, intelligent, and patient guy as Mike. I remember texting him - as an utter stranger - in the middle of the night and he was not upset about it. I live in Canada so I am sure the time zones (USA and Canada) are not much different from one another. Most people would be upset by unknown people texting them in the middle of the night. Anyway, thank you for reading my 2 cents and you and Mike, take care.
Re questioning authority - I also always have to remind myself that, with enough effort, I can come to understand the how and why behind what an authority figure says. To such an extent that I can then decide for myself whether it is sound logic but I have to try. And I have to back my ability to understand things.
I feel one of the biggest obstacles people encounter when wanting to question authority figures is that they are intimidated by the materials and details one has to go through. Almost always having the knee jerk reaction that they definitely cannot be smart enough to get a good understanding of what is being discussed, so they would rather not try. I believe this is an issue because in school we are taught what to think not how to think,
Your suggestion of looking for an alternative source of information or explanation is a good way to combat this issue.
Yep and it doesn't help that many of these fields, like medicine, law, and the economy have their own idiotic languages.
Way back, I was dating a woman who was finishing med school. I had some rash and she said it was so and so. So I asked, what does the word mean? She said rash of so and so. I bet many people don't even ask what their magical language means. It's a lot of hype and bullshit, just like legalese.
The language they go into brainwashes them too, because it disconnects one from the basics, disconnected from common sense.
"I believe humanity's foray into fiction began with the breakdown of the bicameral mind, and the insertion of meaningless symbols in between the subject and the seer. In short, back when people used pictographic alphabets, we were limited to discussing things we could actually see in the real world. The invention of phonemic alphabets like this one, which are comprised not of representative pictures but of meaningless letters, provides the opportunity to invent an endless stream of non-sense, the greatest of these being spelled with just a single capital letter."
I knew nothing of the germ theory / HIV > AIDS / virology / vaccinology fraud prior to 2020 but I did have a good understanding of psyops so I applied everything I'd learnt from psyops generally - notably 9/11 - and knew instantly that there was no virus (even if I didn't know that no virus has ever been proven to exist). So the thing I've learnt most is that science can be much more fraudulent than I could possibly have imagined - that was a shock - but I was taught to not particularly respect what the authorities tell us and knew of many lies prior to 2020 although I've learnt of so many more since.
Any "news" is subject to doubt and if I'm interested to determine the truth of the news I apply the psyop lens. This includes:
--- Looking for Revelation of the Method - the rule they follow in all their psyops of giving obvious signs they're lying to us. Examples:
1. Different versions of the story
2. Nonsensicality (two species of snakes being found to be "reservoirs" of the virus was a giveaway psyop sign to me)
3. Contradictions between show and tell
4. Masonic numbers and symbols
--- Looking for controlled opposition propaganda streams, eg, I knew instantly "biolab" was CO prop
--- Working out what they want for real and what they want us only to BELIEVE - you can be sure that they will only do what they want for real and fake the rest because psyops are all about duping us not doing things for real to make us believe them - if they do that they are minimising the duping and psyops aren't about minimising dupery, they're about maximising it
I don't concern myself with source so much because I simply don't think any source is particularly trustworthy but rather I canvass as widely as possible (with a certain amount of discernment) to get all the information available and then make the picture that best fits all the information.
i listened to your podcast today. i really enjoyed it! and gave me a bit more 'stuff' going forward. (i liked your nuance on the moon-landing! because i have mixed feelings about the fakery there - lots fake around it, some of not? not sure.)
i also knew the convid was fake from the beginning, even without having any real conspiracy 'knowledge'. at that time i didn't question or not question even 9/11! it was fake, to me, because it was a manufactured panic to herd people and so was a managed or staged event with a set outcome by its managers. at the time i thought it was all about money, an immense grift. i hadn't imaged that the grift included an actual hunt and the convid narrators were the beaters! amazing times.
all the best with what is changing. everything changes! with peace, respect, love and exuberant joy.
I couldn't have said it better. What a great article. I feel the same way. We can no longer trust much of anything and that in itself is being authentic. I fear that medical science is the greatest con job ever perpetrated on mankind over the last 150 years. The entire big pharma kingdom of drugs must be questioned down to the very roots. I have totally disengaged from it.
Thanks for this Betsy! I am in the same camp as you, learning a lot the last 4 years. That 2nd point, the inner knowing, is something I've been thinking a lot about regarding germ theory and health. I've been pondering/writing a post about it, but it's not quite there yet. In the meantime it's good to hear other like-minded voices out here so we don't feel alone in our freethinking! ❤️
I got a case of corona virus Feb 2019... but it was really when they turned on 5G service in my area. It attacks the lungs big time .. big juicey, ariated space that electricity can zoom through... saw videos posted in China where people fell down, some instantly dead.. dropping in the streets... at the beginning of the covid campaign..
And within a day.. those videos were all gone.. and media said virus... but it was a city wide rollout of 5G. Since we cannot see 5G ... we think it's all great and covid is a virus... so much the lumped all flus into covid the first year
a lovely article and, like you, i don't see us getting back to 'normal' and nor do i want us to go there! the 'great' thing about being slapped so hard was that it was needed to dislodge me out of sleepy complacency into purposeful agency. to really enter a spiritual path. amazing stuff.
i listened to petra liverani this morning on the nature of the psyop. it is an important discussion to consider and reconsider what the controlled opposition really means; petra brought more 'stuff' and opened my eyes a bit more as she pointed to the ways the 'alternative' narratives are also part of *the* operation. petra's comment below is right on point.
Regarding the "heart is not a pump" statement being an iconoclastic idea:
Can you please answer these questions:
a) what is the mechanism that makes blood flow upwards?
b) what is the phyical cause for measurable pressure within vessels?
c) why is heart made of muscle tissue if its function is not related to physical work?
d) why does heart change its rythm during excercise / physical efforts if not to provide other muscles with more blood-oxygen?
e) why does cardiac arrest mean immediate death if heart is not the most vital organ?
f) by what other mechanism can explain the movement of blood that matches heart's rythm / pulse?
The reason Cowan is getting so much attention and promotion is to blackwash the "no virus" subgroup of the entire alternative field. That is his only purpose - gatekeeping. And he's doing a superb job while at it - we are already tagged as crooks and lunatics for saying that viruses have actually never been proved and therefore don't exist as parroted by the mainstream. Now imagine what kind of reaction you'll receive from an ordinary person when you add to it that heart is not a pump. Every normie will dismiss anything you have to say, even if 100% true, just on the basis of that alone. Which is exactly why Cowan is pushing it, being a member of the gatekeepers. He's a fake guru, nothing more.
I like your exploration of how to be a critical and authentic human in this reality. My sense is also that there is more - that, in addition to things like questioning authority, there are masses of inner blocks and messes that block living with courage and integrity. So something I've put a lot of time and thought and energy to is developing a model of development that enables full flourishing. If it interests you, you can see it at: https://fullflourishingcom
Some personality types are more inclined to require certainty and thus have blind trust in authority; others have a much easier time of accepting that critical thinking and research can take you places that are much more palatable than accepted narratives. Unfortunately the ratio between those two groups is lopsided. Given the patriarchy umbrella has locked down organized schooling in terms of how far they are willing to allow young minds to think critically before the system begins to be questioned, well, you know the rest. Thank you for keeping the quesitoning alive with your writing!

Thanks Shaz. At the time, we were excited if just one other person was willing to question things.
Now there are more and more seeing the light. Keep up the good “on the ground” work.

We have been brainwashed to just go with the flow.
Sadly to our detriment, which a tremendous lot of people find very hard to wrap their brains around.
